Jun Chen - Director of IT and Operations

Jun joined Masthead in August 2023 after spending nine years deep in the trenches of system administration and IT consulting, experiences that have uniquely shaped her approach to running IT and Operations at Masthead.

She brings a rare blend of hands-on, 'under the hood' expertise and strategic, big-picture perspective, allowing her to help Masthead bridge the gap between innovation and operational efficiency and drive tangible results with continuous improvement. 

Jun also possesses an uncanny ability to troubleshoot anything that can be turned on and off and has mastered the ancient art of convincing printers (and sometimes people, if needed) to cooperate so everything can run smoothly.
