Elissa Cucciarre - VP of Customer Care

Elissa joined Masthead in 2019 after a long career in management at a major financial institution. While in banking, she gained deep experience in sales, service, operations and compliance, skills that were put to good use as she transitioned from a large corporation to a smaller organization. 

Elissa is an invaluable member of the Masthead team. Her unwavering commitment to our health care providers and consumers and extraordinary customer service skills have been significant contributors to our growth and success.
