The Celeste is a revolutionary new garment in our Pectonic® series. It is produced with state-of-the-art 3D knit technology that provides targeted zones of compression.
It is suitable for mastectomy, reconstruction and other procedures requiring engineered variable compression.
The Celeste is intended to be worn in the immediate post-operative period (0-6 weeks) following surgery. For single patient use.

- Made of soft nylon/Lycra performance fabric
- Generous coverage and high compression in axillary, inferior and back regions
- Soft, sculptural cup design avoids compression on breast, skin flap and nipples
- Broad bottom band that provides excellent support
- Masthead’s proprietary removable loop-and-ring mechanism holds JP drains without pins or belts
- Center front zipper closure and hook-and-eye shoulder openings
- Machine washable, not made with natural latex rubber

Order a Celest before surgery

The bra originally put on me was a veritable torture device. Do your body a HUGE favor and order the Celeste surgical bra. There's too much other discomfort to add extra with a scratchy too tight bra.

You will love this bra!! the fabric is so soft and strechy, breathable, lightweight with the right compression, and will help to re-shape your girls and your chest... I have a very reactive and sensitive skin, with a lot of allergies and this bra its a game changer to all of us that struggle with sensitive skin. I had a Mastopexy, breast implant removed and full chest reconstruction and this bra its a life saver for me right now 😍 remember that we need comfort in this long process post op! & this bra have it all in it!!

I love this bra so much! I had an implant based reconstruction after my mastectomy. I purchased the Elizabeth bra first. The compression was helpful and the bra was very comfortable. I only have good things to say about the Elizabeth. But, after a few weeks out, I saw the Celeste bra as being specifically marked to implants. So I ordered it. This bra is so comfortable because of the way it hugs around my implants instead of pressing on top of them. It was comfortable in the weeks just after my surgery, but now that I am 6 weeks out, I can’t sleep without it. The bra holds my implants in place, but isn’t restricting. There is compression in all the right places. It is so comfortable that I forget I am even wearing it. If you have implants, buy this bra. You will love it.
